I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am to be able to write this post and share this moment with you all! I moved into my Newport Beach newborn photography studio a couple of months ago and have been working hard to make it the space that it is today.

Whether it’s a session I am photographing or a stage my daughter is going through, I find myself constantly saying THIS is my favorite…until the next! I think there’s just something truly exciting about each phase these little ones go through. Sure, there are some really hard moments (hello, sleep regressions and potty training!), but when you take the time to slow down and just experience life with them, it’s so so special. And my goodness, am I so glad I had the chance to experience this sweet boy’s first birthday photoshoot!

Lately, I’ve spent most of my time photographing newborns and milestone sessions in my studio in Newport Beach. And while the studio is my happy place, I love the beach just as much! I met up with Bree and Aaron for their maternity session at Crystal Cove. It was a beautiful day at the beach and I had the best time getting to know these two.
