What To Bring For Your Newborn Session At Our Newport Beach Photography Studio

Whether you are a busy mama who just had your baby days ago or a mom who plans ahead, I am sharing some items to bring to your newborn session that I found helpful as a Newport Beach photographer.

We have made it a priority to ensure our studio has everything to help you and your little one feel comfortable during your session. This includes diapers, wipes, extra pacifiers, blankets, swaddles, burp clothes, a boppy and more.

We have had moms arrive in the past forgetting their diaper bag, but there was no need to worry as we had everything they needed.

Now, with that said, following are a few items to keep in mind just in case:

- Pacifier, even if baby doesn't normally take it, this can help soothe them during the session

- Bottles, formula if bottle feeding

Nursing babies often eat more than usual during a session after several poses, blanket changes, etc., so be prepared to feed on demand.

That's it! We tell clients with toddlers to have them arrive 90 minutes mom’s arrival if possible. This allows a stress-free and calming environment while mom is getting her hair and makeup done and focus is on the new baby.

A newborn photography session is a beautiful way to capture the fleeting moments of your baby’s first days. With a little preparation, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the process, knowing you have everything you need to preserve those precious memories.

Ambre Williams Photography is a maternity, newborn, and family photographer in Orange County, CA. Our studio is located in Newport Beach and we serve clients from the surrounding areas including Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Newport Coast, and Orange County.

From client wardrobe to the delivery and installation of your printed keepsakes, our job isn’t complete until your memories are in your hands. Because we strive to take care of every little detail for you, we only take a limited number of sessions per month.
