Celebrating First Birthday Session with Nia in Newport Beach Studio

It's hard to believe that I've captured so many of the important milestones of her first year…most of them right here in my studio in Newport Beach. It has truly been such a joy watching her grow and we had so much fun celebrating her turning one! What a true honor to document the love her family has for her.

Mom and Dad wanted this session to be all about Nia! It was so much fun watching her little personality shine! We made sure to capture her crawling, standing, and that sweet smile.

WARDROBE

Nia started out wearing an adorable cream dress with sequin detail. Paired with a petite floral headband and that smile…precious! A quick wardrobe change into a little blush tulle dress and she was ready for her cake smash.

Both outfits are from the client wardrobe and are available for all clients.

TIME FOR CAKE

After capturing some fun photos with Nia, it was time for the cake smash. She wasn’t too sure about the cake, but she loved the flowers! What a wonderful way to celebrate her first birthday!

This is why documenting each milestone is dear to my heart! We want you to remember all the little changes along the way by capturing the personality and details that make your little one special!

Other than the cake itself, we provide everything that you need right here in the studio. You can find more information about preparing for your cake smash session, including our favorite Orange County bakeries, here.
